Hans Christian V. Docena

Hans advises on labor & employment, litigation, and corporate & commercial matters. He has experience in business formation, foreign corporation licensing and registration, and legal due diligence.

He represents the firm’s clients in litigation and dispute resolution, and has appeared before various courts and quasi-judicial bodies involving property disputes, banking and securities law, energy law, family law, public employment, and consumer protection laws.

Hans graduated with honors from the Ateneo de Manila University Law School in 2012. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2013.

Starr G. Jularbal-Docena

Starr advises the firm's clients on real estate transactions, corporate and commercial matters, and labor and employment issues. She has represented clients before the DOLE and the NLRC involving termination disputes. She regularly advises clients on labor standards, and labor contracting issues.

Starr graduated with honors from the Ateneo de Manila University Law School in 2012. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2013.

Jose Maria B. Duhaylongsod

Jay handles the firm's corporate and commercial matters, and special projects. He has experience in corporate transactions, Infrastructure Right-of-Way (IROW) acquisitions, and project finance. He advises clients in prospective and on-going business concerns.

Jay graduated with honors from the Ateneo de Manila University Law School in 2011. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2012. He is also a certified public accountant.

Ma. Isabella A. Soriano

Bella advises on business registration, estate settlement, and corporate & commercial matters. She represents the firm’s clients in litigation and dispute resolution, and has appeared before various courts and quasi-judicial bodies involving property disputes, expropriation, collection suits.

Bella graduated from the San Beda College Alabang - School of Law in 2022. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023.

Karla Monique L. Loren

Karla advises the firm's clients on business registration, corporate and commercial matters, and labor and employment issues. She also represents the firm’s clients in litigation and dispute resolution, and has appeared before various courts and quasi-judicial bodies involving property disputes, expropriation, collection suits, and employment disputes

Karla graduated from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law in 2023. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023.
